When all the world’s a stage, everyone’s a Critic

Welcome to the first ever EdinburghGuide.com and Orange Festival Philm Tips. (Philm : a Film you take with your Phone!)

This completely new, innovative project has been set up, with the help of Orange, to let you share the experience of the Edinburgh Festivals and the shows, films or talks you’ve seen, with other people.

All you have to do is send a video clip containing a review of a show you’ve seen, directly from your phone, and we’ll publish it on the Orange Festival Philm Tips site section for all the world to see. We will also accept News video clips for our Festival News desk.

Clips must be short, so make your production slick and quick, and simply review, publicise or recommend your most favourite show, film or talk! This can be a recommendation from any of the Edinburgh Festivals running throughout August with two Pay As You Go Orange phones for the best two clips of the period.

We've also set up a voting system to allow you to rate the clips you've seen, so you can review the reviewers!

Sending us a clip couldn't be easier:

Simply film yourself with your phone telling us about what you’ve seen and send the clip to us on 07977 074 102, or mail it to orange@edinburghguide.com Click Here for more details.

Two Orange Pay As You Go Phones with £50 call vouchers each will be won by the best two clips sent over the period. Good Luck and enjoy the Festival.

Orange customers can also receive more information on the festivals direct to their phones by texting EDINBURGH to 247.
